Leader Check-In was launched in the middle of a year full of unrest, and as a response to confusion, pain, and a generation seeking answers. We want to help all leaders lead like Jesus and navigate trying and difficult times. Whether you are a parent, business leader, college student, influencer, or pastor, you are a leader of someone. Therefore, how do we grow in these times when things feel confusing, when the noise is loud, and when we don’t know where to turn?
Leader Check-In provides the opportunity for Jesus followers to find answers, have the hard conversations, and navigate crisis issues with a biblical lens—a lens that thinks of others first, as Jesus did.

When hard conversations are needed, we want to create a space to host them. We want to inspire, challenge, and commission. We seek to empower and address current social and crisis issues through the lens of the Gospel so that others can lead with a bold expression of action-oriented Christianity.
We are not afraid to question. We are not afraid to learn from one another. We are not afraid to speak up. We are not afraid of hard conversations. We are actually afraid of not having them.
We are here to check in with each other in order to grow, learn, and walk away as healthier and more informed leaders.
